The H Real Estate Application and Website operate strictly as a digital classifieds platform that connects property buyers and sellers directly.

2. No Intermediary Status

  • We do not act as an agent, broker, middleman, or legal intermediary in any transaction.
  • The platform does not charge any commission or fees on successful property transactions.

3. Direct Negotiations

All discussions, negotiations, legal agreements, and financial transactions (such as property payments, token/bayana deposits, and transfers) are conducted directly between users.

4. Limitation of Liability

H Real Estate Technologies (Private) Limited is not responsible for:

  • Any payments, losses, or financial damages arising from transaction disputes.
  • Fraudulent listings, misrepresentations of property parameters, or fake agent profiles.
  • The legal ownership status or paperwork verification of any properties listed on the platform.
